Welcome to Mortal Grounds Coffee. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website, purchases from our online store, and communications with us. By accessing the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
1. Online Store

2. Products and Availability
We make reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions, prices, and images are accurate. However, colors, packaging, labels, and product appearance may vary slightly.
Coffee is a perishable food product. Flavor, aroma, and appearance may vary by roast date, batch, grind, brewing method, storage, and individual taste.
Products may be discontinued, limited, or changed without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities and correct pricing or listing errors, including after an order has been submitted. If a correction affects your order, we will contact you or issue a refund.
3. Pricing and Payments
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other fees are shown at checkout.
Payment must be authorized before an order is processed. By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use that payment method.
4. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carriers, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.
You are responsible for entering an accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for delays, loss, or additional costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.
Risk of loss passes to you when the order is delivered to the shipping carrier, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
5. Returns, Refunds, and Order Issues
Because coffee is perishable, we generally cannot accept returns of opened products.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review the situation and, where appropriate, offer a replacement, store credit, or refund.
Orders may be cancelled only before they enter processing or shipment. Contact us as soon as possible; cancellation requests are not guaranteed.
6. Food and Allergy Notice
Our products may be produced, packaged, or handled in facilities that also handle common allergens. Review all product labels and ingredient information before consuming.
You are responsible for determining whether a product is appropriate for your dietary needs, allergies, sensitivities, or health conditions. If you have questions, consult a qualified healthcare professional before consumption.
7. Intellectual Property
All website content—including our name, logos, product names, label designs, artwork, text, images, graphics, and branding—is owned by or licensed to Mortal Grounds Coffee and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, or use our content or branding without prior written permission.

Our total liability for any claim related to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for the product or order giving rise to that claim.
